Identify knowledge, learning, and communication needs by analysing operational challenges, business changes, stakeholder feedback, and performance insights.
Design, develop, and continuously improve knowledge and learning solutions that support onboarding, capability building, operational readiness, and continuous learning.
Support the implementation of process, policy, and business changes by ensuring teams have the knowledge and resources needed to adapt successfully.
