Our client is looking for a proactive IT Operations Coordinator to join a lean, dynamic IT team within a growing team, operating across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. You will be the internal go-to person for keeping infrastructure running smoothly - coordinating vendors, resolving day-to-day issues, and ensuring all systems stay operational.
What you will do:
– Oversee network and infrastructure operations across the group - monitoring vendor performance and ensuring service continuity.
– Act as the primary internal point of contact for IT incidents: log, triage, test, and route issues to the appropriate external partner.
– Manage software licence renewals, access rights, and configuration tasks (BC updates, web cookies, VPN changes).
– Coordinate cybersecurity matters with the dedicated security partner.
– Prepare IT infrastructure for new initiatives - e.g. onboarding a new fund or entity.
– Run vendor comparisons and organise tender processes when services need to be reviewed or replaced.
– Handle ticketing system administration.
– Prepare periodic IT reports (e.g. regulatory submissions) and liaise with finance and compliance teams.Reikalavimai
What we are looking for
– At least 3 year of experience in an IT support, IT operations, or similar technical role.
– Educational background in information technology or a related field – a formal degree or equivalent hands-on experience are both welcome.
– Fluency in Lithuanian and English – written and spoken, for daily communication with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
– Self-sufficient and accountable – able to prioritise tasks, take ownership, and work without close supervision.Įmonė siūlo
What the company offers
– Gross salary of €3,200 – €3,800 per month, depending on experience.
