Data Analyst (Artea bankas, AB)

We’re building a new digital bank from scratch — and strong data capabilities are essential for making well-informed decisions in compliance and risk management.
As we expand our data team, we’re looking for a Data Analyst who will work with business and risk data, turn complex information into clear insights, and help AML, compliance, and risk teams make better data-driven decisions.
You’ll combine business understanding with hands-on analytics, working with Power BI, SQL, Azure, and dbt to build reliable reports, data models, and analytical solutions.
Every day, you’ll be to:
Analyzing various business and risk data sources and providing insights that support well-informed decisions in compliance and anti-money laundering prevention;
Creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models using Power Query, DAX, and data modeling;
Writing and optimizing intermediate-level SQL queries;
Working with the Azure data platform, including Azure SQL, Data Factory, and other Azure tools, and integrating data from various sources;
Collaborating with AML, risk management, and other business teams, gathering requirements and translating them into analytical and technological solutions.
Reikalavimai:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, publishing, workspace maintenance, and report automation
Experience with SQL querying, Azure SQL, and dbt for data modeling, data transformation, testing, and documentation
Good English language skills and the ability to clearly present and communicate complex information to different audiences
Proactivity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with specialists from different fields
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field

Experience working with AML, KYC, or other risk management areas
Knowledge of data quality and data governance processes
Experience working with Power Apps and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
