Darbo aprašymas
• Act as the Solution-Driven Organisation (SDO) Coordinator, maintaining business solution portfolio data, advising on solution updates, and facilitating the country requirements-gathering process
• Participate in HR systems projects and coordinate their implementation
• Provide user support for HR systems and suggest system improvements
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and document updated software modules
• Gather business requirements from HR/operations and translate them for IT teams or external vendors
• Manage day-to-day HR systems support and track issues
Reikalavimai
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Professional fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Educational background in IT is considered an advantage
• Analytical mindset with IT technical knowledge or a eager desire to learn
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, as well as self-confident
