Darbo aprašymas
• Set up and maintain the internal training system (LEON) and onboarding structures for stores across the Baltics for smooth user access
• Align stakeholders across the Baltics to standardize training processes
• Review, adapt, and test international e-learning content
• Manage training data in internal training system and prepare essential reports
• Maintain and update internal training materials and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Baltics to ensure aligned processes
Reikalavimai
• Higher education
• Proficiency as a SuccessFactors (SF) Learning Key User
• 2-3 years of experience in content management, rollout or project management
• Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B2 or higher level)
• Good MS Office or Google Workspace skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to meet deadlines and identify potential risks
• Proactive mindset and willingness to support continuous improvements
• Independent problem-solver ready to own and shape a newly created Baltic role
