About the Team & Business LineCitco Vilnius is home to two core accounting functions - Fund and Corporate Accounting - each dedicated to delivering award-winning services to our clients, from complex fund structures to comprehensive corporate financial reporting. You will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2026 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, customer-oriented and eager to learn individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco. Your Role: {li} Learn to apply general accounting and bookkeeping principles in day-to-day practice. {li} Record transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare reporting and support team on other accounting tasks according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements. {li} Get to know how world’s biggest real estate and private equity corporations operate. {li} Be a part of global Citco team and be exposed to global locations and functions. {li} Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding Service Level Agreements. {li} Demonstrate professional communication with internal teams. {li} Demonstrate collaborative, supportive and proactive approach. {li} Work based on LEAN methodology. About You: You can work full time or part time (30h/week). Eager to learn and grow. Energetic with a “can do” attitude. Proactive, team-oriented and results driven. Studying towards or holding a degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Mathematics or similar field. Strong English language skills. Good interpersonal skills.
