Job description:
We’re building HeyPolo - a privacy-first smart location-sharing app that helps families and friends stay connected, and safe. HeyPolo is designed for meaningful connection without intrusive tracking: real-time updates, consent-based sharing, and intuitive safety features that put users in charge of their data and peace of mind.

Architect, build, and own the server-side logic of the new application;
Lead the design and implementation of backend features and APIs using .NET/C#;
Focus on writing clear, tested, documented code that delivers real business value;
Ensure responsive and reliable service through scalable architecture.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, specifically with .NET/C#
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern .NET frameworks
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Experience in building highly scalable systems
Proficiency with database design and management
Background in microservices architecture
Familiarity with DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
