Job description:

In this role, you will:
Support the end-to-end procurement cycle-gather internal requirements, draft and process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and verify incoming assets.
Facilitate the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT infrastructure assets, including servers, network equipment, IP resources (IPv4 / IPv6), and related services.
Maintain relationships with international hardware vendors and service providers, assist with basic terms negotiation, and keep contract documentation up to date.
Help track hardware lifecycle, server allocations, and network resource utilization across data centers.
Partner with internal tech, DevOps, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
Requirements:
Foundational knowledge of core IT hardware and network components (servers, networking gear, IP addresses, monitoring tools).
Ability to understand technical specifications, assess hardware/software requirements, and ask the right technical questions.
Comfortable working with numbers, evaluating supplier proposals, and finding cost-efficient options.
High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.
Proactive self-starter attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and high personal accountability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
Previous experience or internship in IT procurement, asset management, vendor coordination, tech sales, or IT logistics.
Basic familiarity with data center operations or hosting environments.
