Job description:
Oxylabs is an enterprise-grade web data infrastructure, purpose-built for organizations operating at global scale. It helped define what public web data access could look like and still sets the standard others build against. That same ambition runs through the culture: engineers take ownership of problems no one else has solved and push each other to raise the bar.
The team is waiting for you:
Create video and photo content for Employer Branding and Internal Communications initiatives.
Own the entire video content creation process from idea generation to post-production. Be the one who things of ideas, films the content and produces the final outcome.
Manage logistics for photoshoots and execute photography tasks.
Maintain video production equipment and manage digital files and assets.
Collaborate with teams across the organization.
Brainstorm ideas, capture moments of our daily lives and create content that showcases our company culture.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in video production or a related field.
Proficiency in high-definition camera equipment, shot composition, and lighting fundamentals.
Knowledge of video production best practices, tools, and software.
Experience in creating scripts & content ideas from scratch.
Well organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
Experience with AI video generation tools.
Experience in creating short form videos and reels for Instagram and YouTube.
