We're not looking for someone who just edits.
We're not looking for someone who just prompts AI.
We need both. In one person.
At Kandy, most of what we produce is AI-generated — AI UGC, AI avatars, AI voiceovers, AI B-roll. Traditional shoots are the exception, not the default.
You'll combine strong editing fundamentals with real AI expertise to produce ads that feel human, convert, and scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build AI UGC, talking heads, B-roll, and animations that feel real — not "good enough for AI."
Edit short and long-form performance ads — VSLs, UGC, hybrid formats, animation-heavy concepts.
Make independent creative decisions when something in the brief doesn't work visually.
Test new AI models and tools constantly — and turn what works into repeatable workflows.
Review your own work critically before anyone else has to.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Strong Premiere Pro skills. After Effects is a big plus.
Hands-on experience with AI tools — HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Kling, Runway, Higgsfield or similar.
Sharp creative judgment — you immediately notice when an avatar looks generic or pacing feels off.
Performance mindset — you understand hooks, retention, and why ads convert.
Ownership. You fix what's broken without being asked.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU
Have DTC or paid social experience.
Can study a winning ad, understand why it works, and apply it without copying it.
Stay ahead of new AI models without being told to.
WHAT YOU'LL GET
€1,200–2,500 gross/month based on experience — open to discussing higher for the right person.
