We are looking for a Risk Team Lead to own day-to-day risk operations and lead a team of risk professionals. You will make sure risks are identified, assessed and managed across the business, act as the escalation point for urgent cases, and keep risk processes moving at the speed the business needs.
Lead and develop a risk operations team responsible for areas including but not limited to marketing abuse, brand abuse, partner due diligence, physical security, and more
Bring a coaching mindset, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, drive operational performance, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
Monitor KPIs and report risk trends and insights to management
Improve risk processes, controls, and automation
Partner with cross-functional teams to close control gaps and keep risk processes consistent.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in risk management or a related field, including people or team leadership
Proven ability to build and improve processes, not just run them
Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete information
Experience with data analysis and AI-powered automation tools is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English and an ownership mindset.
