Job description:
Kiloverse is the operational force that helps ventures grow — building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that turn ideas into scalable businesses. Behind every fast-growing product, there’s a group of people who think like owners, act fast, and execute with precision.
Here, you’ll find people who want to break big in their careers — working side by side with entrepreneurs and founders to build ventures that redefine the health, wellness, beauty, or travel industries.
About the role:
We are hiring a Talent & Development Partner to build the capabilities Kilo needs to grow and perform at its best. You will start with a few priorities: capability building that supports business strategy, leadership and manager development, continuous AI capability building, and onboarding that helps new joiners become productive faster.
You will work closely with our CPO, People Partners, business leaders and the wider People team. As the role grows, you will take on more of our talent agenda, including performance management.
We want someone who can look at a business challenge, find the capability gap behind it and build practical solutions with measurable impact.
Get ready to
Partner with leadership and people partners to consult on learning needs, capability gaps, and development priorities aligned with business strategy
Identify the leadership capabilities that matter most at Kilo and turn them into practical development that managers actually use.
Work with leaders and People Partners to understand what leaders need to perform at their best and find the right solution, which isn’t always training.
Redesign and own Kilo’s onboarding framework and learning paths, with clear 30/60/90-day expectations.
Partner with managers and People Partners on role-specific onboarding.
Measure onboarding effectiveness and keep improving it with data and feedback.
Work with AI Transformation team towards turning Kilo’s AI ambitions into everyday skills and habits, with initiatives that help everyone use AI confidently.
Map the skills we need today and tomorrow, and turn gaps into focused development.
Design, organize, and execute internal academies, leadership programs, and internship initiatives that build strong talent pipelines
Own and manage the L&D budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI
Take growing ownership of performance management and development planning, and embed these practices across the business with People Partners.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in learning, talent or leadership development, ideally in a fast-moving organization.
Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to align learning initiatives with commercial and strategic goals
Possess hands-on experience in implementing coaching frameworks and leadership development programs
A clear understanding of what good onboarding looks like and how to make it happen.
Good judgement on when to build, buy, automate, simplify or stop doing something…
