Job description:
We are seeking a Lead C++ Software Engineer with a strong background in HPC, CUDA, and performance optimization, along with prior experience in game development and performance-critical software, to drive the architecture and development of high-performance computing solutions.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.
Design and develop high-performance software components using modern C++
Build and optimize CUDA-based solutions for GPU computing workloads
Lead performance optimization efforts for computationally intensive software systems
Architect software solutions for high-load and performance-sensitive systems
Develop robust and reliable software components that meet production standards
Debug and resolve complex runtime behavior issues
Guide the engineering team in best practices for performance-critical software development
Collaborate with the team to maintain and improve the FWI software stack and its computational workflows
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in modern C++ development
Expertise in CUDA and GPU computing
Proficiency in performance optimization of computationally intensive software
Background in software architecture for high-load and performance-sensitive systems
Skills in developing robust and reliable software components
Competency in debugging and optimization of complex runtime behavior
Experience in game development and performance-critical software
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
