We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact, card payment initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

Building and optimising global market expansion processes to launch card products in new regions
Planning, leading, and executing projects to enhance core payments infrastructure in collaboration with engineers
Leading product excellence initiatives to improve the end-to-end card lifecycle customer experience
Managing critical relationships with key vendors across the entire card lifecycle
Identifying, planning, and executing improvements to optimise unit economics
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Familiarity working with AI
