Shape and continuously enhance the LTG Group's Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and best practices
Establish and develop a robust Internal Controls Management function across the organization
Act as a trusted partner to the business by providing centralized risk management expertise, guidance, and oversight
Monitor, analyze, and report on key risks, trends, and emerging threats across the Group
Evaluate significant business and external risks, providing insightful assessments and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with business leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, supporting the development of effective risk management plans
Foster a strong risk-aware culture by delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and expert consultations across the organization
Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices, helping the organization make informed and confident business decisions
Reikalavimai
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and enhancing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks within a large organization or group of companies
Hands-on experience in developing and embedding Internal Controls Management frameworks is highly valued
Strong understanding of recognized risk management methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Analytical thinking with problem-solving aptitude
Sound business acumen and the ability to understand risks in the context of broader organizational objectives and strategic priorities
Professional certification in Risk Management or a related field would be considered an advantage
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Monthly salary: €3 200,00 - €4 800,00 (before taxes). The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies.
